Who we are
The Infinite Woman Method™ is more than a program — it is a movement toward autonomy, strength, and longevity for women who refuse to feel depleted in their own lives.
Founded by Dr. Kaline Mulvihill, DPT, who holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has advanced training in pelvic health, The Infinite Woman Method was built on one belief: women deserve answers that go deeper than surface-level solutions.
We work with ambitious women navigating motherhood, career, hormonal shifts, and midlife transitions — women who have done everything “right,” yet still feel disconnected from their bodies.
Our approach begins at the root: nervous system regulation, pelvic floor and deep core training, metabolic and hormone support, and intentional strength training designed to rebuild the body — not break it down.
This is not quick-fix wellness.
This is intelligent recalibration.
Through a coaching and education-based approach grounded in clinical knowledge and real-life integration, we guide women to rebuild from the inside out — restoring clarity, stability, and confidence in their bodies for the decades ahead.
We believe strength is not just physical.
It is regulated.
It is informed.
It is embodied.
And it is infinite.
