The Client Experience

These are the stories of women who stopped accepting “this is just normal” and started rebuilding from the root — restoring strength, confidence, energy, and trust in their bodies.

Meet Taylor, 37, a mom of three under five and a business owner.

After three cesarean births, she was left with over a two-inch abdominal separation (diastasis recti), along with inflammation, back pain, and extreme weakness. Now, one year postpartum from her last baby, she is stronger than ever. Before having kids, Taylor was a collegiate runner and marathoner, but she never thought it would be possible to run again.

Today, she’s back to running for the first time in over five years. We meet once a week virtually, and she follows a fully customized program inside my app. Every 4–5 weeks, we evolve her training, continuing to challenge her body while building strength, stability, and confidence from the ground up.

Meet Dawn, 50, a mom of four, Teacher & aspiring pelvic health fitness coach

I met Dawn at one of my pelvic health workshops in New York. She was excited to learn, but upfront that she had already done pelvic floor therapy for the prolapse she developed after having twins over 8 years ago, and it didn’t work. She still felt constant pressure and discomfort, had to pee all the time, experienced daily leaking, and avoided exercises she loved like running and jumping. As an athletic woman who had been a Pilates and group exercise instructor, she felt trapped in a body that didn’t feel like hers anymore and believed she was out of options. She had been told her next step was surgery.
She committed to my 12-week Rooted in You: Integrated Pelvic Floor, Core & Body Restoration Program… and she is now symptom-free. No, really. No more vaginal pressure. No more leaking. No more urgency. She feels strong again and is back to running and jumping. She’s even looking into becoming a pelvic floor exercise specialist herself.

Meet Molly, 35, a mom of two, Teacher & X-Country Running Coach

Molly came to me struggling with chronic back and hip pain, a weak core, and feeling completely disconnected from her body. She was also dealing with PMDD symptoms, inconsistent periods, constant bloating, very low libido, anxiety that felt like it came out of nowhere, and anger she had never experienced before, impacting her marriage and how she showed up with her girls.

She became an Infinite Woman Method™ client, committing to 12 weeks of a root-first approach—anti-inflammatory nutrition, deep core and pelvic floor restoration, hormone-focused nutrition support, and guided strength training.

Through consistent, intentional work, she rebuilt her strength from the inside out.
Today, she’s back to squatting and deadlifting with confidence. And this past fall, she coached her high school cross country team—moving, leading, and showing up in her body in a whole new way.

Meet Lexann, 72, a mom & loving grandmother

Lexann had always been active—eating well and exercising regularly—but for over a decade, her body felt like it was working against her. She was dealing with chronic fatigue, weight gain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and new food sensitivities. Despite seeing multiple specialists and being told this was “just aging,” she knew there had to be more.

When we ran a comprehensive saliva hormone test, it was clear—her adrenal glands were barely functioning. Cortisol and DHEA were essentially nonexistent. Her body wasn’t failing, it was depleted.

Lexann became an Infinite Woman Method™ client, committing to 12 weeks of a root-first approach focused on anti-inflammatory, hormone-supportive nutrition, adrenal and hormone restoration, targeted supplementation, and strategic lifestyle shifts.

In just 12 weeks, everything changed. She lost 15lbs, came off cholesterol medication and Metformin, cut her blood pressure medication in half, improved her energy, sleep, and skin—and fit into a dress she hadn’t worn in over a decade.

It is NEVER too late to rebuild your health.
