The Infinite Woman Workshop @ F45 Wilmington, MA

Pelvic Floor + Functional Core Training for Women Who Want to Train Hard, Feel Strong, and Move with Confidence

You show up. You push hard. You do the workouts.

But if you’re leaking during jumps, feeling pressure when you lift, struggling to connect to your core, or dealing with nagging back, hip, or pelvic discomfort… your body may be asking for a different kind of support.

This 60-minute workshop is designed to help women understand how the pelvic floor, breath, and deep core work together—so you can train smarter, feel stronger, and stop compensating in your workouts and daily life.

Led by Dr. Kaline Mulvihill, DPT, who holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has advanced training in pelvic health, and founder of The Infinite Woman Method™, this hands-on workshop breaks down the foundations most women were never taught—in a way that is practical, empowering, and immediately applicable to your training.

You’ll learn how to better support your body through movement, improve core connection, and build strength from the root.

Time: 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM
Location: F45 | 64 Concord St, Wilmington, MA
Investment: $30

This workshop is educational and does not provide medical or physical therapy services.
