Hi, I’m Dr. Kaline Mulvihill, DPT—a pelvic floor and core specialist, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and your guide on this journey.
I didn’t create this program just out of passion—but out of a deep determination to make sure no woman feels like she has to simply “live” with her symptoms.
Chronic low back pain.
Being the friend who always had to pee.
Excruciating period cramps.
Pressure. Bloating.
I lived with these symptoms for over a decade.
I was doing everything “right”—training, pushing, showing up—but my body wasn’t responding the way it should have. And no one had real answers.
It took going back to school for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, diving into research, and investing in advanced training to finally understand what was going on in my body—and begin rebuilding from the root.
That was 6 years ago.
Today, I am stronger than ever. I just finished my first marathon—after my running career ended at 20 from debilitating back pain. Now, I lift heavy. I train hard. I push my body—and it rises to meet me, whether I’m on a 3-day backpacking trip, skiing the Rockies and Alps, or running around playing football with my nephews.
This is why I do this work.
Because you shouldn’t have to spend years guessing, pushing through, or accepting symptoms as “normal.”
